"The NOMINEE has been the lead HR and Functional Consultant for a very challenging R12 Accelerator Project with IBM as the Prime. He provided a great deal of leadership and gained the trust of the Senior Executives up to VP and SVP level. His relationships with the Client Executives were such that he was asked to assist them through the ADP Payroll Contract negotiations and the CIO has stated that Ramesh made a significant impact on the costs of the ADP payroll contract as a result. This R12 Project was very challenging being multiple geography, on AIX, having a very broad ERP footprint incl Finance, HR, CRM, SCM for a non industry standard client. The NOMINEE's exceptional skills across the Oracle Product footprint, his immense hard work, his functional and technical knowledge and also his relationship skills have made him a real star with the client. The Client and IBM consider their project success in large part to the Oracle team and the NOMINEE in particular. Great job - we cannot ask for from a consultant. "
